McKendree women's swimming and diving were outscored by two points in their dual against Lindenwood. The Bearcats won six out of 11 events, putting the final score at 122-120 in favor of Lindenwood. 
 
The meet started strong with the McKendree 'A' relay winning the 200 yard medley relay. Alexis Kachkin, Grace Credit, Keianna Moss and Olivia Fuller combined to clock in at 1:49.97.  
 
Other highlights from Friday included Jocelyn Zgola (1:55.78) and McKenzie Fazio (1:58.09) finishing first and second in the 200 freestyle. The Bearcats also went one-two in the 500 freestyle with Ana Cecilia Carvalho winning the event with a time of 5:06.80 and Zgola coming right behind her with a time of 5:11.44. 
 
The closest race of the night went in favor of Lindenwood. In the 100 freestyle, the Lions posted a winning time of 54.04, while McKendree's Karley Sonnenberg finished in second with a time of 54.10. 
 
The Bearcats will be back in the pool on Jan. 14 against No.7 WashU.
