LEBANON, Ill. - McKendree University men's basketball, the reigning Great Lakes Valley Conference champions, and head coach
George Suggs announced the third annual open practice during McKendree's homecoming weekend on Saturday, October 21 from 9:00-10:00AM at the Melvin Price Convocation Center.
The open practice will begin Saturday's festivities and be part of a busy weekend for all of the McKendree University community. Following the open practice, Coach Suggs and the men's basketball program will host a tailgate open to all men's basketball alumni and family prior to the homecoming football game where the Bearcats face-off against the Missouri S&T Miners at 1:00PM.

THE SEASON AHEAD
McKendree begins its season with an exhibition game at Northwestern on November 1 at 7:00PM in Evanston before starting the regular season at the GLVC-GMAC Crossover Tournament in Columbus, Ohio. The Bearcats take on Tiffin on November 10 and Ohio Dominican on November 11 before opening the Harry M. Statham Sports Center on November 18 against Blackburn.
