KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Bearcat junior punter Kaleb Barry has been recognized nationally for his performance in the 20-17 win over the Missouri S&T Miners on Saturday, October 21st.
Barry, originally from Kirkwood, Missouri averaged 43.5 yards on six punts. Four of his punts were downed inside the Miner 20-yard line. During the fourth quarter, Barry booted a career-long 73-yard punt that was downed at the one yard line while the ballgame was tied at 17. He also showed off his touch with McKendree on the S&T 34-yard line that dropped at the Miner four yard line.
The last Bearcat to be recognized with a D2football.com weekly award was Austin Weltha during the 2017 season.
