Lebanon, IL - The Great Lakes Valley Conference released its Players of the Week honors for the slate of Week 8 games, and the McKendree University Football team garnered two honors. 
Eddie Clark was named the league's Offensive Player of the Week, his first of the season. 
Chase Reeves was named the league's Special Teams Player of the Week, his second time being honored as such in 2025. The duo played key scoring and field position roles in the Bearcats' high-scoring 54-48 Homecoming win at Leemon Field against the Lincoln Blue Tigers.
