LEBANON, Ill.– After a seven-year absence, McKendree Athletics brings back its M3 Hockey team as the program finalizes their 2025-26 schedule.

The team is set to play 27 games this upcoming season. Opening weekend will be on the road against Illinois State on September 12th and 13th. Those games will be played at the Bloomington Ice Center.

Bearcats open up the Metro Rec Plex with their three-game home stand with a midweek matchup against Maryville on September 17th. Then Drury comes to town for a two-game series on September 19th and 20th.

Then, the team travels to Purdue to play in a two-game series on September 26th and 27th. They will return home to defend their home ice against Indiana with games being played on October 3rd and October 4th

McKendree will be back on the road to face Kansas on October 17th and 18th. After that it will be a home-and-home matchup against the St. Louis University. They will play at Webster Groves Ice Arena on October 31st, then be back at the Metro Rec Plex on November 1st.

After that series the Bearcats will go on a long stretch of away games. With two-game series against Maryville on November 8th and 9th, Lewis on November 14th and 15th, Drury on December 5th and 6th, Olivet Nazarene (Ill.) on December 12th and 13th, and Xavier on January 23rd and 24th.

They end the season at home with matchups against WashU on January 31st and February 1st, and Maryville on February 6th and 7th.

All times are listed in Central time and will be updated if there are any changes throughout the season.
