(LEBANON, Ill., Oct. 3)- The McKendree University women's soccer team heads north this weekend for its first two Great Lakes Valley Conference road games in two weeks.

The Bearcats play at Lewis University at 7:30 p.m., Friday, before heading to Somers, Wis., to play league-leading and 11th-ranked University of Wisconsin-Parkside on Sunday, Oct. 5 at 2:30 p.m.

SCOUTING THE FLYERS: Lewis University enters the weekend with an overall record of 1-4-3 and a 1-3-2 mark in the GLVC. The Flyers had two draws last weekend, tying University of Illinois at Springfield, 2-2, in double overtime, before posting a scoreless draw against University of Southern Indiana on Sunday.

SCOUTING THE RANGERS: University of Wisconsin-Parkside enters the weekend with an overall mark of 7-0-1 and a 5-0-1 record in the GLVC. The Rangers are ranked 11th in the latest NSCAA Division II ranking and are the last remaining unbeaten team in the league. UW-Parkside has won four-straight games, including 1-0 wins over University of Southern Indiana and University of Illinois at Springfield, respectively, last weekend.
