(INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Feb. 27)- The McKendree University women's tennis team posted a near sweep on Saturday over Davis & Elkins College 8-1.

The Bearcats improved to 6-4 overall and will host Lewis and Clark Community College on Tuesday, March 1 at 11:30 a.m., at St. Clair Tennis Club.

"I'm really proud of the way we played today," said head coach Raquel Allen. "We were very consistent in our singles matches, and things were really clicking for us in doubles today."
