(LEBANON, Ill., Feb. 28) – The McKendree University women's tennis team was defeated by Chicago State 7-2 on Saturday, but rebounded to take a 5-4 victory over William Jewell College on Sunday afternoon.
The Bearcats move to 4-6 overall on the season with the weekend's games. Next up for McKendree, the team takes on Webster University on Saturday at home at St. Clair Tennis Club at 4 p.m. Then the Bearcats head to the University of Missouri – St. Louis to play the Tritons at 11 a.m. on Sunday.
