(QUINCY, Ill., Sept. 16) – The McKendree University women's tennis team continued their fall season on Saturday when they participated in the Quincy Invitational. The Bearcats opened the season on Wednesday at the William Woods Doubles Invitational. The Quincy Invitational had the following schools: Truman State University, Westminster College, University of Saint Francis, Western Illinois University, Lindenwood University – Belleville, Saint Ambrose University, and the host Quincy University. The tournament consisted of singles and doubles matches.
