The McKendree University women's tennis team improved to 6-5 on the year following a 5-2 win over Webster University on Saturday afternoon. 

The Bearcats earned two wins at the top of the lineup to win the opening doubles point. Mariana Caicedo Mora and Camilla Fonseca and the team of Rhyan Cook and Emily Kettering earned 6-0 wins to secure the point.

Singles play would see the Bearcats earn four singles win to take come the victory. Cook and Kettering continued their strong play, with both winning 6-0, 6-0 at third and fourth singles. Bailey Grigg held down fifth singles with a 6-2, 7-5 victory.

The Bearcats return to action on April 23^rd when they travel to the Dwight Davis Tennis Center for a 2 pm showdown with Maryville University.
