O'FALLON, Ill. - McKendree University women's tennis dropped its final regular-season match to the No.7-ranked University of Indianapolis this past weekend at the St. Clair Tennis Club. The Bearcats end the regular season with an 8-5 overall record and a 2-3 record in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.  

The Bearcats secured one doubles win in the match as senior Mariana Caicedo Mora and junior Rhyan Cook posted a 6-4 win in the No.2 match against Indianapolis's Margarita Andreiuk and Maria Fiacan.  

Coming up, the Bearcats will enter postseason play in the GLVC Tournament on Friday, April 21 at Center Grove High School in Indianapolis, Ind. McKendree faces No.1-seeded Drury at 9 a.m. ET for the first round.
