Men's Bowling Finishes Top Ten at Kegel - ISBPA Midwest Collegiate Classic

ADDISON, Ill. - The McKendree men's bowling team competed in the Kegel - ISBPA Midwest collegiate classic this past weekend, Jan. 18-19.

The Bearcats placed 10th out of 75 teams, knocking down 8,501 pins, averaging 210 pins a game. Leading the way for McKendree, placing 32nd overall was sophomore Nathan Bassford who averaged 218 pins a game. Following behind in 36th place was junior Darren Zombro who averaged 217 pins a game. Sophomore Zach Vanderpool averaged 213 pins a game, finishing 46th overall.

The Bearcats are back on the lanes next weekend, Jan. 25-26 as they compete in the Lynne Jordan Memorial and Thomas Burris Memorial Tournaments.
