INDINAIPOLIS, Ind. – McKendree Women's bowler Grace Ogle earned her second Great Lakes Valley Conference Bowler of the Week Award with her amazing performance from the Bearcat Invitational, the conference announced on Thursday.
In the traditional games, she had a 19.93 frame average for 45 frames which ranked fifth amongst the field. She had an 84% makeable spare percentage, going 21 of 25, 81.3% (13/16) single pin spare percentage, 78% of her shots were a nine count or higher, and she finished with a 58% strike percentage going 28/50.
In her 80 baker frames she had a 21.02 frame average which ranked her third. She was once again perfect in her single pin spares during baker games going 20/20. On makeable spares she was 35/38 for a percentage of 92.1%; she ranked first in shots of a nine count or higher with 84.4%, and a 51.2% strike percentage.
Throughout the entire tournament, her efforts ranked her first in average for 125 frames (20.62), strike percentage (51.2%), fill percentage (90.4%), split leave percentage (2.4%), and she was ranked third in baker double percentage (59%).
Ogle looks to keep her momentum going as the team will be at home and host the McKendree Match Games on November 22nd and 23rd at the Bel Air Bowl in Belleville, Illinois.
