INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – McKendree Women's Bowler Grace Ogle secured her first career Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) Women's Bowler of the Week Award, the conference released on Thursday.  

Ogle is coming off a stellar performance at the Windy City Halloween Classic this past weekend. She averaged 210.8 through all traditional games and 21.02 pins per frame for 86 frames in baker games.  

Her efforts helped the team earn a fifth place finish out of the 16 teams that competed at the tournament. Throughout all baker games at the tournament, Ogle was perfect on single pin spares going 20/20; she had a 91.9% fill percentage, a makeable spare percentage of 92.1% (35/38), and a 51.2% strike percentage (44/86). 

Individually, she had a total pinfall of 1,054 which landed her second overall out of the 106 total competitors. During those traditional games she also went 10/10 on single pin spares, a 92.0% fill percentage, had a makeable spare percentage of 88.2% going 15/17, and was 28/50 on strikes for a strike percentage of 58%. 

Next, McKendree will be staying at home for the Bearcat Invitational on November 14th through the 16th at St. Clair Bowl.
