INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - McKendree University women's swimming battled in the 200-yard freestyle relay along with the 500-yard freestyle on the penultimate night of the NCAA DII Swim and Dive National Championships. 

In the 500-yard freestyle junior Joceyln Zgola and freshman Luiza Dias took 25th and 26th place with times of 4:58.45 and 4:59.00 respectively.  

The 200-yard freestyle relay consisting of junior Karley Sonnenberg, freshman Tumi Macdonell, senior Aurora Abbruscato, and fifth-year senior Alexis Kachkin placed 10th with a mark of 1:32.55. 

The Bearcats will conclude the national championship with 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard breaststroke, 1650-yard freestyle, and 400-yard freestyle relay tomorrow evening.
