EVANSVILLE, Ind. – McKendree Women's Swim and Dive got its first points of the meet on the second day of NCAA Division II Nationals at the Deaconess Aquatic Center Wednesday night.
Individually, Joceyln Zgola got it started in the 200-yard individual medley. She placed 31st in the nation with a time of 2:05.43.
Finishing the day off in the 200-yard medley relay was the group of Luiza Dias, Helena Kurtz, Beatriz Souza, and Zgola. They finished with a time of 1:43.43 which earned them a spot at 15th place.
They will be heading back to the Deaconess Aquatic Center for the third day of competition. The events on Thursday include the 100-yard butterfly, 400-yard individual medley and 200-yard freestyle.
