INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.– The Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) released its cross-country preseason polls on Wednesday, August 27th.
The women's team makes the top 10 finding themselves tied for 10th position out of 14 teams. Along with Missouri-St. Louis they were both granted 53 points. The Bearcats are 16 points ahead of Lincoln (37) and 32 points behind Indianapolis (85).
Competing for McKendree, Colleen Zinke will be the senior for the Bearcats this year, paired with two junior upperclassmen in Cynthia Snyder and Chloe Gough. Oaklie Layton and Audrey Cummins are the two sophomores for McKendree and Mariah Creamer joins the team for her first collegiate cross-country season.
They will compete in their first meet of the year September 6th at the Gabby Reuveni Invitational.
