KANSAS CITY, Mo. - After another 2-0-0 week, McKendree University women's soccer (8-1-0, 4-1-0 GLVC) propelled itself back into the United Soccer Coaches x IWSOC NCAA Division II National Rankings, coming in at No.24 in the poll. The Bearcats toppled Drury, 4-2, on September 16, before defeating Maryville, 2-1, on the road on September 19. The victory over Drury saw a bombardment of the Panthers with three goal-scoreres for McKendree while the win over the Saints saw a Rochester (IL) connection for the opening score and then the game-winning goal with senior defender

Alyse Day at Rochester High School in Rochester, Illinois. McKendree jumps back into action on Wednesday night with a 5:00PM kickoff against the Greyhounds of Indianapolis at Leemon Field in Lebanon, Illinois.
McKendree is the lone Great Lakes Valley Conference squad in the NCAA DII women's national rankings and one of three Midwest Region teams in the poll.
