(HANNIBAL, Mo., Oct. 23)- The No. 12 McKendree University women's soccer team lost it second American Midwest Conference game on Saturday in double overtime at Hannibal-LaGrange College 1-0.

The Bearcats, 13-2-1 overall (7-2 AMC), will travel to St. Ambrose University (Iowa) on Monday for a non-conference game at 1 p.m.

McKendree had the advantage offensively by putting 10 shots on goal, but could not find the back of the net. The Bearcat defense also held Hannibal-LaGrange in check for the majority of the game and held the host to only three shots on goal. The Trojans ended the game in the 108th minute of the contest on a goal by Fernanda Miacci to deal the Bearcats their second loss of the season.

Freshman goalkeeper Caroline Fletcher (Des Peres, Mo., Kirkwood) played all 108:15 in goal and had two saves in the loss.
