(LEBANON, Ill., October 23) – The McKendree University women's soccer team aims to finish their regular season with a win over the Tritons of the University of Missouri-St. Louis on Wednesday, October 24 at 5:00 p.m. in a Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) dual.
 
The Bearcats currently sit in a four-way tie for first place in the GLVC rankings with an 12-3-1 overall and 8-3-1 GLVC record. Offensively, McKendree is led by senior midfielder Jane Skaggs (St. Charles, MO/Duchesne) and junior midfielder Madyson Mossman (St. Louis, MO/Ursuline Academy) who have tallied eight points each through 16 games this season. Junior goalkeeper Zoe Brochu (Ajax, Ontario, Canada/Pickering) has accumulated 11 shutouts this year and has recorded 55 saves between the posts for the Bearcats.
 
The Tritons of UMSL are currently 3-11-1 overall and 2-9-1 in the GLVC after most recently falling to Quincy University 2-0.
