(KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 9) – The McKendree University women's soccer team hits is traveling this weekend and aims to remain undefeated in Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) play, first facing off against the Hawks of Rockhurst University this Friday, October 11 at 1:45 p.m. followed by the Cardinals of William Jewell College this Sunday, October 13 at noon. The Bearcats are currently on a four-game win streak and sit atop the GLVC standings with a 8-1-1 overall record and a 6-0-1 showing in the GLVC.
 
The Hawks enter Friday's slate at 8-1 overall and 6-1 in the GLVC, good for second place in the conference standings. Most recently, Rockhurst defeated Missouri S&T 1-0 in overtime this past Sunday, October 6.
 
William Jewell heads into Sunday at 2-7-1 overall and 2-5 in GLVC play after most recently defeating Maryville University 3-1 this past Sunday.
