FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS, Ill. - The McKendree men's bowling team competed this past weekend, February 3-4 in the McKendree Baker Challenge at St.Clair Bowl in Fairview Heights.
The Bearcats placed first overall out of ten teams knocking down 7,766 pins. The McKendree men's JV bowling team also placed first out of six teams knocking down 6,988 pins.
On Saturday's opening day of action, the Bearcats were in second knocking down 5,185 pins after playing five traditional games. On day two the Bearcats moved up to first place passing Wichita State University knocking down 2,581 pins.
The Bearcats are back in action this weekend, February 10-11 to compete in the Backhaul Direct Hoosier Classic in Indianapolis, Indiana.
