INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. | Great Lakes Valley Conference - McKendree University men's soccer, the
current No.4 NCAA Division II squad and reigning regional champions, was tabbed to finish second in the GLVC with six first-place votes and 184 total points, as voted on by the league's coaches and
announced by the conference on Tuesday morning. The Bearcats made a historic run to the national semifinal during the 2024 after earning a trip to the round of 16 in 2023. The fourth-ranked Bearcats kick off their season on September 4 against No.20 Rogers State at Leemon Field with a 7:30PM start before hosting Cedarville on September 6 at 5:00PM. McKendree will be under the direction of ninth-year head coach
Scott Gyllenborg with two returning All-GLVC selections and a plethora of key returners.
