Agné made a mark at McKendree University in track and field. She was a 17-time NAIA All-American selection. She was a 10-time NAIA national champion; with seven of those titles being held in the 55- and 200-meter dash (she was a four-time 200-meter dash champion and three-time 55-meter dash champion). She ranks second all-time in NAIA indoor track individual national championships. She holds the NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championship meet record for the 55-meter dash and the 200-meter dash. She was a major part of McKendree’s run of four consecutive NAIA Indoor Track and Field Nations Championships for the NAIA indoor championships in 1999, 2000, and 2002. Upon graduation, she went on to compete in the 2003 World Championships and the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece representing her home country, Lithuania.
