McKendree University Athletics

A three-sport star at McKendree, Lisa lettered in basketball, soccer and softball and was a major contributor in each sport. In soccer, Lisa holds the Bearcat team record for career saves with 275, and ranks among the program’s all-time leaders with 10 victories and 6 ½ shutouts. Serving as the Bearcats’ last line of defense, Lisa recorded consecutive 100-save seasons. On the basketball court, she ranks in the career top 10 in rebounds (595) and steals (154). Lisa had 81 steals during the 1994-95 season, which still ranks fourth on the single-season chart. On the softball diamond, Lisa was a member of the Bearcat softball team that finished fourth at the NAIA Softball National Championship. She scored 42 runs during McKendree’s march to the national tournament, a mark that still ranks second in team history. Lisa batted .349 as a senior to earn All-America honors from the National Softball Coaches Association.
